Hi, I'm Julia! An instructional designer who creates engaging, meaningful, and lasting learning experiences that enhance both learning and performance. Currently, I'm earning my Master of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Georgia. 

Something to know about me is that I love the analytical side of learning and development. Digging into needs assessments, uncovering root causes, mapping systems, and turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions brings me so much joy. 

At the heart of my work is thoughtfulness and consideration for the learner. Understanding who they are, what they need, and what barriers might stand in their way allows me to provide solutions that are grounded in evidence, aligned with real needs, and supports the learners context.
