Hi, I'm Julia! An instructional designer who creates engaging, meaningful, and lasting learning experiences that enhance both learning and performance. In addition to my full-time work, I'm currently earning my Master's in Education from the University of Georgia, focusing on Learning, Design, and Technology. Exciting, I know! ☺️
Something to know about me is that I love the analytical side of learning and development. Digging into needs assessments, uncovering root causes, mapping systems, and turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions brings me so much joy.
At the heart of my work is thoughtfulness and consideration for the learner. Understanding who they are, what they need, and what barriers might stand in their way allows me to provide solutions that are grounded in evidence, aligned with real needs, and supports the learners context.
When I'm not wearing my learning and development hat, you can usually find me at a concert or comedy show, curled up with a good book or podcast, or happily binging a show or movie.
